What's a 'Centre'?
A centre is usually a 1 inch circular logo or badge that is placed on many trophies and medals. We keep a range of centres for most sports and pastimes and it is a way of making a plain medal or trophy specific to a sport or pastime. We also carry generic centres such as 'winner' and '2009'. If a trophy or medal has room for a centre you will be given the choice in the form of a drop down box. If you would not like a centre, please select 'No centre required'.
For a small set up fee we can turn your club or companies logo into a trophy centre giving your award that professional touch. Please phone us for a quote. Minimum quantities apply.
Why is engraving free on most products but some you charge for?
Wherever possible we offer free engraving as part of our service. However some products or materials take a much greater length of time to engrave and it is not viable to offer this service for free.
How long will it take for our trophies to arrive?
We are committed to getting your trophies to you within 5-7 working days, however often it can be much quicker than this. If for any reason it is going to take longer than this you will be informed. It is useful for us if you enter the date of your presentation, or the date the trophies are required by when at the checkout. This way we can make sure we get your goods to you for the date required.
How much does delivery cost?
Spend over £150 and delivery is free! Any purchases under £150 will be charged £9.95 postage and packing. All items will be sent by DHL courier and will need to be signed for.
You can choose to pick your goods up from our shop free of charge. If you choose this option at the checkout you will receive an email when your trophies are ready for collection.
How do I purchase several of the same trophy, but with different engraving on each?
To have different engraving on a quantity of the same product you need to add them to your basket separately. For example select the product you require, insert your first set of engraving text, select the quantity you would like with the same text and click add to basket. Then select the same product insert different engraving, insert the amount of that product you wish to have engraved with said text and click add to basket. Repeat with as many different engraving texts as you require.
Each different engraving text of the same trophy should appear as separate lines in your basket.
